Three months have almost gone in 2008 already - i do not have much to show for them. I should get a move on i think.
Ravelry has caught my attention often lately, as there seem to be so many different things i am interested in doing. There is a Gina House offering - THE AMANDA HAT - which is just adorable and which i want to start... and these absolutely amazing mittens called CHEVALIER by Tikru. The website is not in English, but the pattern is if you look for it. While trolling for other patterns to look into, i found someone raving about Ribbed Mitts - a fingerless glove pattern on Ravelry... and on the web - the blog the info appeared on is WARM HANDS and Maud's made them three times - from the looks of her other projects - i easily take her word on how nice they are!
As for photos... none today as i have nothing to report. Okay okay... you will have to make do with the fact that i just changed my "profile" pic. Promise to be better at it...

Hi! I just finished up the Amanda Hat (see my blog) and LOVE IT. Very quick and easy knit. I used Cascade "Baby Alpaca Chunky". It knits like butter. Very soft and cozy. I think you will enjoy this pattern and hat, should you decide to do it. =) ~Shannon
http://thewiltinrose.blogspot.com is where you can see Shannon's Amanda hat - thanks, Shannon...
