working on it..
i am trying a new pattern that is not new at all - the Gansey Layette from an old (and i mean like 2002 old) issue of Interweave Knits. This is the beauty of ravelry... there is a group that talks about baby things.. someone asked "what's your go-to pattern for baby knitting? " and there are 24 pages of answers. some of the things i would never do.. some of them i would like to start tomorrow. This pattern is okay in the original but i was taken with the version mentioned by the blogger here - Mind of Winter - let's just say i am of a mind to make this ... lol... thanks once more, ravelry for the inspiration...
would you like some music? lol (reminds me of the computer in War Games... 'shall we play a game?')
today's offering is by Jewel - you might have heard her sing it at the Emmy awards for the in Memoriam portion of the program. why.. i am wondering.. is september always the month mentioned in these songs? a bit of providence i am thinking.. The Shape of You.. at least i think that is the name.. it's listed with two different names..
quote? okay.. we'll quote...
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)
oh.. sorry.. you wanted a regular quote....here you go....
"... i don't think i would know how to dabble..."
