i am doing my best to fight the feeling that i want to hide somewhere and not come out til it is october. i have lovely things planned for this month.. to combat and fight and push back the feelings... so i will fight the battle...always nice to have a little music in the background... here

Big news is the new HD 46" tv.. LCD and lovely.. my favorite though is the blu-ray player.. HOLY HANNAH does it do a good job on even mediocre dvds from the past... we were decided on the 52" (well someone.. i will not mention names djw was decided on a 55" um nopey no) but when we got to the store um.. it was way too big. Those stores are way too deceiving with their higher than high ceilings and huge big walls for display. Our tv is perfect thank you kindly..

i am knitting for little initial girl (angel face that she is..)... and for big soldiers.. and have nothing new that's done to share.. but will shortly.. very shortly...

i promised quotes... i had better get back to that...

yes tis been yet another while, but i am working on it...lol

i have been doing quite a bit of knitting and it shows pretty well. The shawl i gifted was a large hit, but i cannot find my pics for it, so that unveiling will have to wait.

i finished a baby "day coat/sweater" for BGW and it turned out lovely.

i finished some booties for my dil to gift someone with... and one more pair of soldier socks for SFS

here are pics of the heel - which i always find fascinating.. and the last finished pair ... lol

the new tv comes today... so off i am to make room for it.. LOL i think this will be a bit of a "tv round robin" as they get transferred from room to room.. cross your fingers none get dropped.. LOL
